Super SPARKS is our children’s fitness programme for ages 5-13 years.
Sessions are designed not only to offer fitness but to challenge the children in a fun and engaging way. They will be taught new skills and will each be aiming to pass different stages as they progress on their fitness journey. There will be lots of fitness based games and activities to keep the whole group fully engaged.
Group 1 – Monday 4.15pm-5.00pm (ages 9-13 years)
Group 2 – Wednesday 3.30pm-4.15pm (ages 5-8 years)
Group 3 – Wednesday 4.15pm-5.00pm (ages 9-13 years)
