First Steps To Fitness

First Steps to Fitness is ideal for anyone just starting out on their fitness journey, who hasn’t exercised for a long time, has little to no confidence or generally just don’t know where to begin on their road back to fitness. We are here to support you with every step, no rush, no panic, we will move at your pace, gradually upping the tempo as you feel fitter and better and ready to move it on yourself.  

Format
Includes a variety of training methods, nutritional plan, body composition and centimeter tracking.
Small group training, three sessions per week, 6-week programme.

Classes
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5.00pm.

Tuesday, Thursday at 6am & Saturday (Saturday morning session is at 8am).

There is also an option of the sessions being delivered online via Zoom.
