SPARKFit Circuits

SPARKFit is a great way to get motivated and stay motivated to get fit. We use a range of training methods including circuits, boxing, HIIT and resistance training. We keep things fresh every session by mixing it up.

Kettlebell Khaos

Kettlebell Khaos  6 week rotation plan, featuring a different format each week! With Russian roots dating back to the early 1700s, kettlebells are cast iron weights (resembling a cannonball with a handle). It is used to perform many types of exercises, including ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Thai Boxercise

Circuit style classes with plenty of stretching, cardio and Muay Thai kicks, that are challenging, non aggressive and fun to take part in. You don’t have to be an expert in martial arts to be successful in this class, we will teach you the basics of various punches and kicks. Moreover, it is a good way to relax and get rid off the stress after a long day at work. Keep your anger in our punch bags!

Ladies that Lift is a strength and conditioning session with our lovely PT Lauren who is the North West bikini champion 2019.

The session is suitable for absolute beginners to the more experienced.
