SPARKHIIT

SPARKHIIT uses body weight exercises with HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire. Using all of the big muscle groups with high intensity intervals.

SPARKFit Circuits

SPARKFit is a great way to get motivated and stay motivated to get fit. We use a range of training methods including circuits, boxing, HIIT and resistance training. We keep things fresh every session by mixing it up.

Kettlebell Khaos

Kettlebell Khaos  6 week rotation plan, featuring a different format each week! With Russian roots dating back to the early 1700s, kettlebells are cast iron weights (resembling a cannonball with a handle). It is used to perform many types of exercises, including ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Boxercise/Kick Boxercise

A 30 minute HIIT boxing/kick boxing class which is fantastic for fat burning and cardiovascular fitness.

Clients are to bring their own gloves if possible.  Shadow boxing will be the alternative if clients don’t have gloves.

Power HIIT

A 30 minute weight based HIIT class which is fantastic for fat burning and cardiovascular fitness.

Lift with Lauren

Lift with Lauren is a strength and conditioning session with our lovely PT Lauren who is the Northwest bikini champion 2019.

The session is suitable for absolute beginners to the more experienced.
