Our story

Spark Health & Fitness was born out of a passion to help people live healthier, happier lives.

From our home in the heart of Low Fell, we deliver enjoyable training programmes and classes for everyone, regardless of current fitness levels, age, body shape or size.

We’re incredibly proud to have helped hundreds of people overcome their fears, improve their diet, fitness, health, confidence and body image. People even tell us they enjoy exercise after joining Spark, which is huge when it comes to long-lasting change.

There really are no superstars here, no pressure to perform, look or behave a certain way. Just positivity, support and shared ambition – we want you to achieve your goals as much as you do, and we want you to enjoy (almost) every minute too...
